Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Rarity Couture, every piece is crafted and curated with utmost care. We truly hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Products purchased on sale, discount, or as part of a special promotion are not eligible for return or exchange

The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Write to us at raritycouture244@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will review your request and share the return shipping details within 2 working days.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or altered garments
Accessories and jewelry
Gift cards or store credits

Rarity Couture reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
