Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Domestic Orders (India): Usually delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery takes 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹1,500.
A standard shipping fee of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹1,500.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen delays due to logistics or weather may occur. In such cases, our team will keep you informed promptly.
